Exchange
You got 30 days from the day it hits your doorstep to make an exchange. Just keep in mind, you're covering the return shipping and we’ll invoice you for it. To lock in that exchange, the gear needs to be 100% fresh—no wash, no wear, no tweaks. Don't forget to keep your receipt or proof of purchase on deck, too.
Return
You got 30 days from the day it hits your doorstep to request a return, but it’ll cost you a 10% restocking fee. To get your money back, the piece needs to be deadstock—no wash, no wear, and zero alterations.
You cover the shipping to send it back. Once it lands, we’ll do a quick check. If it’s not in pristine condition, we’re shipping it right back to you with no refund.
Refund
If it passes the check, we’ll send you an email and shoot the money back to your card in about 7 to 10 business days (though your bank might take their sweet time actually clearing it).
Once your order has shipped, Fishers of Men Christian Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods. Please reach out to the carrier to file a claim.
